Account Information

ARC

An ARC application is needed. Upon approval, the project is allowed to commence. Is the project is denied, the reasoning of why it was denied will be included.

Amenity

Fill out the Pool key card Agreement Form. Also, if the home is being rented, please include the Lease Agreement. 

After notice that the application has been received, allow a minimum of a week to obtain the card. 

The pool keys are assigned by lot numbers. Therefore, if the previous owner or tenant did not pass the pool key card over, then the fees will apply. First replacement is $75, and the second or more replacements are $150.

The hours are posted on the entrances of the pool along with the rules. 

Assessments
$201.00 Quarterly.

Due on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, & October 1st. 

To make a payment, you can send a check or money order payable to the Hammock Trails Homeowners Association. Be sure to include your account number.

If you have not received an email invitation to join your community’s resident portal and you would like to register an email address with your association for resident portal access, please contact us at [email protected].   • If you opt to utilize your bank’s online bill-pay service, collaborate directly with your financial institution to ensure that your account information (as provided in your coupon book) is included with your payment.
  • Due to significant mail delays, it’s advisable to send your payment at least 30 days in advance to allow sufficient time for USPS delivery and processing. Assessments are due on the 1st and considered late if paid after the 10th of each month.
Violation

Communication is KEY. Please contact the manager with information that soon the violation will be cure, address, and photo of completion. If additional time is needed, advise the manager, so it can be noted on the account.
